Welcome to the first edition of LaunchPad! This project has been a long time coming for me. Over the years, I've loved helping friends navigate the job search and recruiting process. There were so many moments where friends would ask, "How did you find that job?" or "I didn't even know that role existed!"
That sparked something for me. I realized there's a real need to surface high-quality, often hard-to-find roles in tech. My goal is simple: help anyone who's trying to break into tech or level up in their career by making the job search a little bit easier.
Here’s how LaunchPad works:
Every Tuesday, you’ll get this curated list of Toronto-based roles in your inbox, spanning Strategy, Growth, Revenue, and more.
Then, every Thursday, I’ll publish a Spotlight post where I pick one interesting role or company, do a quick deep dive, and share why I think it’s worth applying to or keeping on your radar.
My hope is to not only surface great jobs, but also help you understand why certain roles or companies might be a great fit depending on where you are in your journey.
