🚀 LaunchPad #12: Back from Offsite = Jobs
1200 people, 3 days in Orlando, and now back to sharing top jobs in Toronto.
Last week I missed sending LaunchPad, and I owe you an apology. The reason? I was in Orlando for StackFest, our company-wide offsite at StackAdapt that brought together more than 1,200 teammates from around the world. Here’s an image of my team and I with Mickey and Minnie (yeah I don’t know how they got them to our event but I guess anything’s possible am I right).
It was three days of connection, team building, and big-picture learning. Seeing so many colleagues in person reminded me how special it is to work at a company that’s scaling fast but still knows how to invest in its people. We live in a remote first environment, but it’s crucial to make time to see others and know that there’s so many pieces to the puzzle that makes a company a company. I found that it felt like I lived in a bubble at work (a lot of my work is with the Revenue team, thus I don’t really interact with other teams like Product, Engineering, etc.), but seeing how many others were on the same adtech rocketship I’m on made me proud to be where I’m at. Oh and seeing my CEO in a robot (Stackbot, actually) costume was also a treat.
Once again, apologies for the missed posts next week. I’ll make sure to give you guys a heads up if that will ever be the case. Now that I’m back, so is LaunchPad.
Welcome to Issue #12. Every Tuesday, I share a curated list of Toronto-based roles in Strategy, Ops, Growth, and more. Every Thursday, I publish a Spotlight deep dive on one standout company or role worth your attention. If you’re trying to break into tech or level up your career, you’re in the right place.

Thanks for reading this week’s edition of LaunchPad! The job market can feel like the wild west some days, but my goal is for this to be a place you can rely on for high-quality roles, useful context, and a bit more confidence in your next step.
If you see something you like, go for it. If you find this helpful, please share it with a friend who’s also looking to break into tech or level up their career. More good things will be landing in your inbox next week!
