It’s official: summer is winding down. The patios are closing, the long weekends are behind us, and the sun is setting a little earlier every night. As much as I’ll miss the late evenings and cottage escapes, there’s something about the shift into fall that feels like a reset button.
September has always been that back-to-school, back-to-routine moment. For a lot of people, it’s also when career moves start to take shape. If summer was about slowing down, fall is about leveling up.
