It’s been a little while. I took a proper holiday break, extended it more than planned, and spent some much needed time with family. Stepping away was refreshing, but I’m excited to be back and get LaunchPad moving again.

If there’s one thing that didn’t change while I was away, it’s how hard it still is to find great, high quality roles in tech ops without digging endlessly. That’s exactly why I’m picking this back up. I’m here to keep surfacing interesting opportunities, sharing context on the market, and helping make the job hunt feel a bit more manageable.
