First off... sorry for the hiatus.

Life got busy, I took a bit of a step back, and I wanted to make sure that when LaunchPad came back, it was providing as much value as possible instead of just filling inboxes.

So I’m making a bit of a shift.

Going forward, LaunchPad is becoming a curated weekly job board focused on the best Business Operations, Revenue Operations, and Chief of Staff opportunities across the US and Canada. My goal is simple: save you hours of searching by bringing the highest-quality roles into one place.

I’ll still sprinkle in the occasional company Spotlight when there’s a startup or scale-up I think is genuinely worth knowing about, but the core focus is helping great people find great opportunities.
