🚀 LaunchPad #6: IPOs, Iced Coffees, and Interview Prep
Figma’s going public. You? You’re going places.
Welcome to Issue #6 of LaunchPad!
The design tool that helped shape everything from startup websites to your favorite LaunchPad graphics is finally gearing up to hit the public markets. After their $20B Adobe acquisition fell through, Figma’s prepping for an IPO that could value them north of $10B. As someone who has used Figma to build, brainstorm, and bring LaunchPad to life, it’s cool to see a design-first product reach this level of scale.
Big IPOs don’t just mark financial wins, they tell us which ideas and teams have built lasting value. And they usually signal a return of market confidence. With Reddit’s stock still climbing and Figma now joining the pipeline, the second half of 2025 might just be the comeback season tech’s been waiting for.
Let’s ride that wave and find something worth building. As always, this week’s roles are hand-picked and Toronto-based (some remote roles in between). Strategy, Ops, Growth, RevOps, Product — all in your inbox every Tuesday.

Thanks for reading this week’s edition of LaunchPad. The job market can feel like the wild west some days, but my goal is for this to be a place you can rely on for high-quality roles, useful context, and a bit more confidence in your next step.
If you see something you like, go for it. If you find this helpful, please share it with a friend who’s also looking to break into tech or level up their career. More good things will be landing in your inbox next week!
